Children and young people have the right to have a voice in decisions that affect their lives. At Agape4All Ltd, we promote autonomy by encouraging active participation in care planning, house meetings, and key decision-making processes. We facilitate access to advocacy services and ensure all young people are aware of their right to be heard. This commitment reflects Article 12 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which states that children have the right to express their views freely, and that those views must be given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity.
